This Contest Policy governs the rules and participation requirements for all contests hosted on WinOwnership (“the Platform”). By participating in any contest on the Platform, you agree to this Contest Policy, as well as our [Terms of Use] and [Privacy Policy].

1. Eligibility

  • Contests are open only to users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

  • Participants must register a valid account on WinOwnership.com and complete any required entry payment.

  • Employees, agents, and affiliates of WinOwnership.com are not eligible to participate.

2. How Contests Work

  • Owners list assets for sale (e.g., property, vehicles, luxury items), set a price, and determine the duration of the offer.

  • Participants pay an entry fee to join the contest and compete to earn the highest score.

  • Daily questions are sent to participants during the contest period. Correct answers award points.

  • The participant with the highest score at the contest's close earns the right to purchase the asset at the raised amount.

3. Scoring Rules

  • Each correct daily answer awards 100 points.

  • A streak of 3 correct answers grants a bonus of 50 points.

  • For each friend a participant successfully invites to join the contest, they receive a bonus of 100 points.

  • Bonus point rules may vary per contest and are subject to change.

  • In case of a tie, a pre-announced tie-breaker question may be used based on accuracy and/or response time.

4. Winner Selection

  • The winner is the participant with the highest verified score at the end of the contest period.

  • WinOwnership.com will notify the winner via email within [X] business days.

  • The winner is granted only the right to purchase the asset at the raised price. It is not a prize, and no transfer is completed unless both buyer and seller agree.

5. Seller Agreement

  • Sellers are not obligated to finalize a deal if they are unsatisfied with the final offer amount.

  • The seller may choose to accept, extend the offer, or cancel the listing.

  • WinOwnership.com is not responsible for the negotiation or execution of the final transaction.

6. Refunds and Contest Cancellation

  • If fewer than [5] participants join a contest, it may be automatically canceled and all entry fees will be refunded.

  • Refunds may also be issued in the case of fraud or platform error.

  • No refunds are provided once a contest has validly concluded with a winner.

7. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for:

  • Providing false information during signup

  • Attempting to manipulate the contest system

  • Violating the Terms of Use, including use of bots or automated tools

  • Engaging in abusive behavior toward other participants or the Platform

8. No Guarantee of Transfer

WinOwnership.com does not guarantee the successful sale, transfer, or condition of any listed asset.

  • The Platform serves solely as a contest-based connection point between asset owners and potential buyers.

  • The final agreement and responsibility lie solely with the buyer and the seller.

9. Taxes and Legal Compliance

  • Participants are solely responsible for complying with any applicable laws or taxes in their jurisdiction related to participation, payments, or ownership transfers.

  • WinOwnership.com may report certain transactions to authorities as required by law.

10. Amendments

WinOwnership.com reserves the right to modify this Contest Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the Platform, and continued participation implies acceptance of those change
